What Christmas tree sizes are available?

Our pre-lit snow-flocked tree comes in 4.5, 6, 7.5 and 9 ft. The pre-lit tree with remote comes in sizes from 4.5 to 11 ft, depending on the style. Each product page lists the sizes you can choose.

How do I choose the right tree size?

Compare the tree with your ceiling height and leave room for a topper. The snow-flocked tree measures (height × width): 4.5 ft, 54 × 32 in; 6 ft, 72 × 40 in; 7.5 ft, 90 × 50 in; 9 ft, 108 × 58 in.

Is assembly required?

A little. The snow-flocked tree has a hinged, sectioned design on a heavy-duty metal stand with non-slip padded feet: unfold the branches, then shape the tips to fill any gaps. The pre-lit tree with remote comes in sections that slot together on a metal stand.

Do the trees come with built-in lights?

Yes. The snow-flocked tree has 250 warm-white LEDs built in. The pre-lit tree with remote has built-in LEDs in warm white, multicolour or a mix of both.

How many lighting modes are there?

The snow-flocked tree has 8 effects: Combination, Wave, Sequential, Slow Glow, Chase & Flash, Slow Fade, Twinkle & Flash and Steady On. The pre-lit tree with remote has 11 light modes, and the Smart LED light tree has 11 modes plus DIY drawing and music sync.

How do I operate the lights?

The pre-lit tree with remote comes with a remote control. Choose the Tree + Wand Bundle to switch it on and off with a wave of the magic wand. The Smart LED light tree is controlled from its Bluetooth app or the included remote.

How can I track my order?
